Fabián Rosado, MBA, is a serial entrepreneur and fund manager, with over 24 years of experience in the areas of real estate, investments, finance, operations, and strategy.

Mr. Rosado began his career as a management consultant for firms such as American Management Systems, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Corporate Executive Board.  In 2009, he founded the Right Start Group to provide strategy, fundraising, and operations support to startups in the Mid-Atlantic region. A veteran of many startups, Mr. Rosado enjoys incubating and scaling early-stage ventures. An active angel investor since 2010, Mr. Rosado is a charter member of the New Dominion Angels group and has invested in a number of local startups. In 2013, Mr. Rosado founded Right Start Capital, which has launched and exited a series of angel-backed private equity funds targeting residential real estate, commercial real estate, consumer goods, and professional services.

Mr. Rosado holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Yale University.

Allan Ordoñez brings over a decade of experience in the areas of sales, finance, accounting, information technology, logistics, human resources, and operations. Mr. Ordoñez began his career at Right Start Consulting, Inc., assisting clients from a wide range of industries including consumer goods, professional services, live entertainment events, biotech, big data, and real estate. In his role as Director of Operations, Mr. Ordoñez oversees all aspects of daily operations to ensure portfolio investments are performing. Mr. Ordoñez contributes to investment decisions, supports porfolio oversight, and assists with investor communications and reporting. Mr. Ordoñez holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Radford University’s College of Business and Economics.
